Hamburger Gravy and Biscuits
Ingredients
- 1/2 Lb Ground Beef
- 1 Onion Diced
- 1/4 Tsp Red pepper flakes
- 1 Tbsp Butter
- 1/4 Cup Flour
- 1/2 Cup Beef stock
- 1 Cup Milk
- 1 Tsp Seasoned Salt
- Biscuits (Small can Grands Buttermilk biscuits)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Prepare biscuits according to package directions.
- Brown ground beef in skillet. Season to taste with seasoned salt and red pepper flakes. Add onion to ground beef and cook until softened.
- Add butter. Add flour after butter has melted. Stir while cooking for another minute or two to allow flour to cook.
- Add stock and milk. Continue cooking, stirring frequently, until gravy thickens.
- Serve over halved biscuits.
