Hamburger Gravy and Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Lb Ground Beef
  • 1 Onion Diced
  • 1/4 Tsp Red pepper flakes
  • 1 Tbsp Butter
  • 1/4 Cup Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Beef stock
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1 Tsp Seasoned Salt
  • Biscuits (Small can Grands Buttermilk biscuits)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Prepare biscuits according to package directions.
  • Brown ground beef in skillet. Season to taste with seasoned salt and red pepper flakes. Add onion to ground beef and cook until softened.
  • Add butter. Add flour after butter has melted. Stir while cooking for another minute or two to allow flour to cook.
  • Add stock and milk. Continue cooking, stirring frequently, until gravy thickens.
  • Serve over halved biscuits.
