Cheesy Eggs
Ingredients
- Butter
- 2 Tbsp Shredded cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat non-stick pan and wipe with end of stick of butter to coat.
- Spread 1 tbsp of shredded cheese in an oval shape for each egg. Allow cheese to become bubbly.
- Crack an egg over each cheese oval. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Cook 1-2 min to allow the egg to become firm on the bottom. Turn over easy and finish cooking the egg white for another minute or so.
